Thank you very much for choosing Bellia from among the many salons available.
To ensure your use of our store comfortably and safely, we ask that you please check the following:

■Our store is operated and provides services for the purpose of relaxation, and is not intended to provide medical treatment as defined by the Medical Care Act.

■We will not provide any compensation, compensation or refunds for any injuries, pain, allergic reactions or feeling unwell before or after treatment under any circumstances.

■Cases in which we may refrain from providing treatmentIf any of the following applies to you, we will refrain from providing treatment at our salon and may cancel the treatment, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Pregnant women; Those who are drunk; Those with heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure, severe diabetes, osteoporosis, or other illnesses; Those with malignant tumors, aneurysms, arteriosclerosis, or varicose veins; Those with injuries, bruises, or burns; Those with an infectious disease (influenza, athlete's foot, HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C).
・People who have a fever due to colds, etc. ・People who shout or use abusive language or do not follow proper etiquette in the store.

■Please keep your valuables with you. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Cancellation Policy
We try to allow ample time for reservations so that you do not overlap with other customers.
Therefore, the number of people we can treat per day is limited to 3 or 4. If you cancel on the day or without permission, it may cause inconvenience to other customers.

In order to ensure that as many customers as possible can continue to patronize our store comfortably and for a long time, we ask that you please do the following:

■Cancellation/reservation change
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change the date and time of your reservation. In principle, we do not charge a cancellation fee even for cancellations on the day of the reservation, but if you cancel multiple times in a row, we may refuse to accept your reservation in the future.

■Lateness Please be sure to contact us if you are late for your reservation. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the course you can receive may be shortened. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes without any contact, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

■About cancellations without notice If you do not contact us and cancel without notice, we will charge you 100% of the treatment fee as a cancellation fee. The above cancellation fee applies to all course menus.

■Privacy Policy Your personal information (name, address, telephone number, etc.) will be used to authenticate users, provide the Service for users, and distribute and send communications, e-mail newsletters, direct mail, various announcements, etc. associated with the use of the Service.
